Time for a plan

It Saturday mourning and I need to make a plan of attack. I know the simple part of loosing weight I know I need to burn more calories than I take in a day....You ever notice that the expert on weight loss are all skinny people. I mean do i really want to pay Sven the Nordic god to help me loose weight..you know he has never had a fat roll in his life or maybe i should hire one of those girls with the yoga buts even when they aren't wearing yoga pants..we all have seen those girls who way like 100 lbs and bounce around like there full of helium. OK I'm done complaining about others...Back to the plan of action first thing i need to do is grocery shop, I must put food in the house that good for me and easy to throw together. We here at my house have really busy schedules and we tend to eat junk for saving time sake. I will need to get items i can easily divide into smaller meals and if possible cook a few days in advance. I never seem to have a problem going to the gym, I go and them eat junk so I'm going to have to work on that problem.. nothing like doing a 2 hours in the gym followed up by a large pizza. Starting Monday I will be in the gym at UMHB at 615 am every mourning Mon-Fri and will be there in the afternoon 3-4 days a week as schedule will allow me. I am going to lower my calorie intake to around 1500 with at least 5 small meals a day I will also up my water intake to a gallon a day( to flush my system). well i guess i write more tomorrow I have a lot of studying to do.
